Up up and away……

Afternoon everyone….

I’ll start off by telling you that this time tomorrow I will be landing in the state of Oregon to visit with Summertooth & Dfinney. We are hitting Crater Lake and some other things.

Part of my last order from the Intaglio Mint, I will be showing off this awesome piece. And don’t worry another order is on its way as well….

Today’s round also has a killer design, no pun intended. The round features a skull holding two handguns with the inscription “Dulce Periculum”.

The MacAulay clan motto is "Dulce periculum" (Danger is sweet) and the clan crest features a spurred boot. Spurs were once an object denoting chivalric rank, so the inclusion of the spur might represent a high-ranking horsemen.

The detail that they get on these pieces is just tremendous. Just look at all of the crevices and shadows in the round. Just spectacular.
