Cool piece

Afternoon everyone ….

I thought I’d share this exclusive JM Bullion new release with you. I know that NASCAR has a huge following. While I’m not a fan of watching cars drive around a big oval for hours and hours, I do acknowledge that it does take plenty of skill to do.

I have even attended a few NASCAR events. Several years back I joined a group of friends to attend the Pocono 400 race. That’s only about an hour away from where we live and it’s a pretty straight forward ride. We had done this three straight years. Unfortunately one of our friends passed away in his hotel room the night before the race the final year. He had a heart attack in his sleep.

A bunch of his closer friends hold a charity bike ride every year in memory of David Lee Fredrickson. Rest in peace brother.

Anyway, I’ll let you read the description of the round directly from the website.

Here is the info from the JM Bullion website….

In partnership with the Andretti team, we’re offering a commemorative round with Andretti’s car number, the Andretti Racing logo, and the JM Bullion logo. This round reflects our continuing partnership with the Andretti team to sponsor Marco Andretti at the Indy 500. During the 109th running of the Indy 500 on May 25, 2025, Andretti looks to build on his impressive resume at The Brickyard, where he has five career top-five finishes. Right now, we’re pleased to offer the 2025 1 oz Marco Andretti Indy 500 Silver Round to mark the occasion!

Each 2025 1 oz Marco Andretti Indy 500 Silver Round is offered to celebrate JM Bullion’s role as one of the sponsors of Marco Andretti during the 2025 Indianapolis 500 race. The rounds feature designs celebrating both the partnership between Andretti Racing and JM Bullion, as well as the race itself. The rounds will ship individually in protective plastic flips.

The Indianapolis 500 is one of the most storied events in the automotive racing world. The race was first run in 1911 on a 2.5-mile oval track that was originally built from brick in 1909. What started as a showcase for the burgeoning automotive industry has evolved into one of the most prestigious motorsport events globally, forming one-third of the Triple Crown of Motorsport alongside the Monaco Grand Prix and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Marco Andretti has his own storied past at the Indy 500. As a teenager, he burst onto the racing scene and quickly proved he had inherited the Andretti family’s racing prowess. After finishing second in the 2006 Indianapolis 500 as a rookie, losing to Sam Hornish Jr. by just 0.0635 seconds in one of the closest finishes in race history, he established himself as a talented racer.

The obverse of the 2025 Marco Andretti Indy 500 Silver Round comes with two logos. The field is split horizontally, with the Andretti Indycar logo in the top portion of the design and the JM Bullion logo in the lower portion of the field.

I think that they did a fabulous job on that certificate. What a classy design choice for it.
