Wow, I am not very risky, in fact I analyze everything before acting, that is, I examine the details of everything before making the decision, I do NOT like debts, my apartment is mine, but in the business that I want to have things work differently, a leasing office takes charge and earns a commission that I am willing to hand over.
The business here is real estate, this is what I have analyzed, if you have apartments for rent you can consider yourself lucky.

Sounds easy enough once you pay cash for a 8 Unit Rental… But how would you get that much cash is such a short amount of time…???
