Catch and Release

Hi friends,

A few months ago, the family came out with me for a day of gold prospecting. Of course, we never found that elusive gold nugget, but we did find lots of rocks and collected some of them.

Well we were cleaning out the garage this weekend and my wife gave me a hard time about the bag of rocks we collected and said I needed to let them go… who ever heard of catch and release rockhounding?

Granted, there isn’t much value in there but it’s the memories right? I guess we can keep a couple of them and let the rest go. Some of them are White Chalcedony, which could polish up nicely, but probably not worth the hassle..

    You have to let them go hahaha, I imagine your wife's face expecting to see gold and there are only rocks, tell her that you are inviting her to dinner and that she should leave the rocks at home, it is a matter of making a good deal
