Kitco News - Silver reserves will deplete in 20 years...
David Lin interviews Matt Watson in this episode and it was much more informative and enjoyable than I felt it would be. The title of the interview gave me a negative, almost gloom-and-doom, impression. However, the title was just an attention getter.
Matt's grasp of the subject and general ability to relay that grabbed my interest. His explanation for silver in solar panels wasn't what I wanted but still found it and the rest very informative. He touched on multiple topics I was vaguely aware of but didn't really know. For example, what happens when California produces too much electricity - turning it off, trying to sell, etc. The examples of higher costs for what goes into solar panels was good to know. Will that affect silver prices in the same way?
Matt also tried to balance the approach to going green. It sounds like he's pro-green but in a realistic manner where he accepts needing various methods of producing electricity to take into account different possibilities like periods of time with no wind and overcast skies. With his approach someone from either side should be able to at least be open to hearing what he has to say. Very much appreciated.
I like David Lin and he interviews guests very well for the most part. This time he was able to let his guest go and it worked well, not much needed from him. Hopefully we'll see another good guest and some tough questions from David next time.
The Central Bank Owners do not want Silver to be used to back Currencies... We already know how to get all the "close to" Free Energy we could possibly ever need, without using Solar Panels or Windmills... By the way... With the Melt Value of Silver going to 700 Fiat Dollars per Ounce, who could afford to buy Solar Panels...???
