Major AG Flash Crash 7.6.17

Silver plunged to $14.34 for a time today. This swing was from $16.18, over 10%. Imagine if the DJIA took a 10% plunge? I haven't looked back on recent silver trading days, but this seems to be the most extreme example of short term price manipulation in the recent past.
