This happens alot for me, not on Steemit but for my business's, there are any number of deals that have ended up costing me money and massive amounts of time through no fault of mine - covering manufacturer faults with equipment mostly really frustrating.

And of course the bitcoin thing, doesn't everyone wish they noticed it sooner - to be honest I don't know how it passed me because I'm normally on top of most technology things.
