I have made tbose before as well. I get fresh burger buns from the bakery and sacarfice the top of one for the middle piece. I toast the middle on both sides as well. Thats good eats brother.👍
The brioche buns were super tall so they worked perfect, but i like your moves!
Next time i will make smaller patties too, lol, i think i was a little too excited 😁😜😂
