my nickname is taken from Johann Kaspar Lavater, who declined the invitation to join the Bavarian Illuminati as he believed the closed membership model would lead to corruption and would be counterproductive in trying to build a world based on rationality. As we now live in a completely corrupted Idiocracy I'd say he was right.
