Initially about the disappearance of applications from the AppStore announced on Reddit user under the name ISkiAtAlta. According to him, a friend who he recommended ShapeShift, found that in the U.S. this option is not available.

Later on the unavailability ShapeShift on IoS devices was confirmed by users in other countries. At the moment it is unclear if application is removed permanently or is a temporary measure.
