You mean the bubble gut agenda? He's not a bodybuilder per say he just reported on it when no one else did. I would surmise his biggest utube gain was when he started the bubble gut agenda and Arnold agreed with him that body building should stay in it's classic form, Arnold jumped on the bandwagon they had a few heyday years but it's sort of fizzled...in the meantime others doing the bubble gut thing shut him out, with classic bodybuilding going out he doesn't have much of an avenue for utube as he no longer has an inside scoop, it's hard for him to analyze and come up with material. That's why he may quit, he says he has enough clients who want to learn bodybuilding to keep him busy. I guess the bubble gutters feel to them taking advice from a non body builder is like someone who'd take advice on how to do surgery from someone who isn't a surgeon but on the bright side of things there are people willing to pay to do just that.

This is WAY more than I ever wanted to know about bodybuilding. He had a neater, cleaner appearance in the interview but watching his overall expressions he was just someone who hit a bit of luck then came falling down rather hard, now he's a bit angry at all his losses, doesn't know how to cope with it all quite yet...just as he is reassessing his career moves and getting ready to move on he may eventually calm down about his marriage loss, put his self back together in that regard, realize it's not always a one sided story, stop the one sided blame and move on.

I say that because in the video I watched he talked about social media and people who come on social media sites and talk bad about you. Say really bad things, he gets satisfaction from being able to block them because he says they are nobodies, who gives them a right to criticize me.....but on the other hand he does exactly that to bodybuilders. If he, a man who isn't even a body builder,
just happened to be the first person online who critique's the sport can condemn professionals/ other non professionals without expecting consequences something tells me the apple wouldn't fall far from the tree in regards to his private life.

Sort:

Yeah I think he might have helped changed the whole sport of professional bodybuilding.

You wouldn't be mad if you lost out on like $1 million dollars because of Youtube bias?

I haven't watched a lot of his recent videos. He's not a serious Youtuber anymore since he got blacklisted because he's a stereotypical hetero white male and goes against the agenda.

I looked and there's no place that said he was black listed, do you have a link to that? He said he was possibly quitting because he's been shut out by the belly gut crowd...most those participating in non belly gut wrestling are oversea's and he admits that makes that a challenge.

Sounds like he and Arnold have lost the battle on the belly gut issue if the main activities to traditional bodybuilding is happening over seas.

Basically it's politics. He's been shut out by the profession, if he wants video's he's no longer in the loop to get them from insiders to get the first scoop. He doesn't have the means and resources to travel all over the world to do his own videos, like he said it cost thousands of dollars for the equipment to do so also.

He's basically a locker room attendant, no degree in physical fitness/sports who got lucky for a few years being the first on the internet to highlight the sport of bodybuilding. He didn't like the way the sport changed so he went to bad mouthing them...it cost him, may have even cost him his marriage, who knows. I think he has a lot of self analyzing to do, seems he may be on that track.

I remember him being demonitized. I think he recently got remonitized though.
