This push-up expands on what is possible when you change up your base of support! Destabilizing Push-Ups work your core in marvelous ways! Give it a try and let me know if this one was difficult or not! I can always boost it up a notch for those of you who enjoy a challenge!

    Another great push up variation 🙌. That looks tough but you did it with fantastic form. I have no idea about tomorrow's variation and I don't have a radio active suit either 😱 I am curious 😹
