It's been rainy over here which is wonderful because it's washed things up and freshened the air... Even so it's been a little harder to make videos outside... The lens got some water on it today but I decided to run with it since everything else was good to go! Next time I'm going to have to bring a cloth to wipe the lens before shooting... Part of my video learning curve I guess!

Ok! Single foot push-ups! Reducing your base of support is a efficient way to increase the challenge to your core muscles with nearly any exercise. Reducing your base of support from 4 points of contact to 3 can be done easily with this push-up... But tomorrow I'm going to take it up a notch!

I am going to reduce things down to 3 points of contact (like with this move) but also use the extra appendage to destabilize my center! This ones going to be a bit tougher than today's push-up so if you enjoy dicing things up please check back for tomorrow's #Seven77 video!

    Thank you for breaking things down for me Nathan! That sounds super cool... and I have to say that I REALLY LIKE the way that you think.

    My thoughts about ships, friends, and the lighthouse goes like this:
    Friendship: Two (or more) friends in a ship going the same direction in life and navigating by the same stars towards the same destination... Examples of how to live fully. Shining like lighthouses for those behind them to see!

    Hmmm... That's strange! Sometimes I guess things can be glitchy! When that happens I just go to bed and check again in the morning.
