Question about utilizing the SEO power of Steemit?

What's going on Steemy stemerson steemities?

So my question, how do I do it? haha

I do have a blog and a youtube channel that I haven't posted enough on lately. I can pick it back up again in about a week.

I'm a teacher and an "up and coming" entrepreneur here in Bangkok Thailand. If I make a post on my blog, can I copy and paste it to steemit too? I remember years ago started spanking that stuff when people would submit the same articles to article sites just to get traffic to their website. Is that still happening?

I mean would I be able to go on rants on stuff like pop culture, politics and yadd yadda. Of course I will do my best to make it fun to read, but will it be good SEO to still put my website and youtube channel on anyway. Yes I will be jumping on D-Tube soon.
