Me, Myself and I

Thanks be to God it has been almost 37 years since the day i was born. Living the life of the oldest daughter in the family was not very easy. I have to live up to the expectations of my parents and at the same time, I also want to make them proud. I was raised to be an independent and strong person, but of course, as a human being, I too have a lot of weaknesses. We had to endure a lot especially when my dad died in 1993, leaving my mom to support me and my younger sister.

I graduated Grade 7 in 1994 from St. Paul's College of Pasig. Then, graduated high school with flying colours (with God's help). In 1998, I passed the entrance exams in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila for the course, BSBA major in Banking and Finance as a full scholar. I didn't imagine I would be able to go to college because of financial constraints but who can go against the will of the Almighty, right?

I met my ex boyfriend, now my husband, in 1998 too! From being friends, we became the best of friends. This was the photo of us when we just started dating! so young huh?

After 17 years of being married, we are now blessed with two healthy and handsome boys. We named them Elijah and Elisha, who are now 13 and 9 years old respectively.

These boys are three reasons why I stay strong, as like how my dad wants me to be.

Some more about myself... my sport is mainly Volleyball. If you want to surprise me, Goodluck! Because I was named "The Queen of Surprises" by a lot of people who know me. I love the shade of purple, lilac or violet, whatever!
By the way, I also love cooking. So don't be surprised if some of my blogs would be like cook books or restaurant menus.

We left the Philippines in 2008 after I gave birth to my youngest. We lived in Riyadh, KSA for almost 7 years. Now, we are residing here in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
