Posture is such a huge one. I just say this because if you are sitting, bent over with your head down, it's really hard to feel confident and positive when you are going through a tough time. However, if you stand up, with your arms raised in the air - suddenly its much harder to feel depressed!
Physicality changes everything. It's truly powerful!
