Last article about over-thinking was liked by a lot of people, I want to thank everyone for their continued support.

This week we will add another component to that thought process.

So, get ready for this as this is going to be life changing and will blow your mind.

When we are sitting idle have nothing to do we often to tend to think about what someone said and what we said and how the whole situation went and how it could have been different if we would have said something else and mulling over this fact constantly.

We think about these things all the time and they never lead to anything but are thoughts and mind being vulnerable.

So, how can we overcome this?

The way we can overcome this is by saying to ourselves, is this useful?
This being the thoughts that we are having, am I going to get anything out of thinking about a situation I can't control.

The answer my friends in most situations is a big fat no.

My boss at work keeps on telling me to trust the process of becoming better and not feeling bad about things that go wrong momentarily.

We all have a tendency to think about situations that don't go well and this is human nature but the only effective way to overcome this is my asking ourselves is thinking useful.

Most times the answer will be no. The most effective way to improve in life is practice and persistence. Instead of thinking about we did wrong we should think about what we can do so that we don't make the same mistake again.
