Introductory post

Hello everyone,

This is my introductory post. I live in Sweden, currently 30 years old, I have studied law at university and at the moment I work at a law firm.

My primary interest here in life is self-improvement and self-empowerment. I love learning, I love expanding and I love changing my shitty habits into supportive ones. I have realized that there is nothing that cannot be changed about who I am. There is no characteristic or trait that cannot be directed. It might be difficult, yes, however that is not the same thing as impossible. I know, because I have walked a process of changing A LOT about myself.

Ten years ago, I was a lost soul without direction or purpose. I did not know what to do with myself, so I did nothing at all. It is a depressing state to exist within. And strangely enough, after a while, it starts to feel normal to be tired and demotivated and it becomes the norm to always take the easy way out. However, even if it feels normal, it never feels satisfying, because satisfaction – comes with ACTION.

At one point I got in touch with the Desteni organization – which presented to me the tools of writing, self-forgiveness and self-corrective application – the three tools I have since then utilized to build myself as a person. Using these tools I was able to get myself out of my lethargy and push myself to DO something concrete and practical with my life. Initially, it was very, very hard. Each movement felt like a struggle – and I gave up many times – only to start my process again. Though, at the end of the day, I actually managed to push myself out of the rut I had put myself into.

Today, I am a different person, and I have been able to create things for myself that I did not consider possible before. I plan to post many things on this Steemit account about the process of self-creation that I have walked for myself – so that others are able to do the same thing. The better we get on a individual level, the better we get collectively as well. This is why it is important to me to show what has worked for me – so anyone else out there with similar issues can walk the same process of self-change that I have.

I will see you around!
