I sure hope I'd notice a lime green tennis ball on my antenna 😋. How many cars even have an antenna anymore? PI's can use social apps like four square & swarm since many people publicize their whereabouts. I've seen joggers sharing their path online which is both good and bad for obvious reasons. Makes it easier when people mark themselves for the investigator.

I recommend that anyone that approaches their vehicle and notices any sort of marking like that - check to see if you may be surveliience footage from a nearby camera. If someone is following you, it is nice to be able to identify them. Especially if they are using unethical practices.

I also suggest that people be careful when it comes to altering someone's property without their permission. My neighbor's father was staying with them for a bit and at the time they lived in Bethesda, MD. A busy city area, just outside of DC. The 70+ year old man heard a noise outside and went out to identify the source.. It was a man tampering with the rear door of his conversion Van across the street. My neighbor awoke to his father shooting up the back of the van with a Taurus raging bull 454! The suspect fled, but I'm sure took a valuable lesson upon his departure. I can't say that was the 'optimal' actions to take, but the fact is it happens. People should be careful, especially tampering with property! It's not worth losing life over.
