A Ghostly 3D Picture (NOT a print ;-) ) in 1:12 Scale

Some of you maybe remember the 2 heads I made a while ago.
The left one became a witch (already posted her here on steemit :-) )
but the right one was lying around here unfinished for a while now:

I nearly threw it away as I did not really like this head so much.
But a view days ago, I decided to give it a chance, I finished the paint job on the head and acutally...I started to like it and it became a female ghost face :-)
I wanted to make a "3D painting" for a longer time, so I thought now is the time to do it and I made a hand for the painting and a frame with a simple background:

And here it is...my first 3D picture after many, many years
( I used to make some as a child and teenager):

In the end, this was so much fun to make...
now I can´t believe, that I nearly wanted to throw this head away.
As I love sculpt faces, I think I will do more of them in the future :-)

Have a wonderful creative day! 🎨

What an amazing result! I love how you painted the head. It does indeed look like a charming ghost :) And look at the hair! WOW! It's a perfect ghost hair. And the idea with the hand is great! You are so creative! I'm glad that you didn't throw the head away. It would be a shame :)

Thank you for sharing and have a great start of the week!

Thank you so much @delishtreats! I´m happy, you like my little "picture"!

Thank you very much! :-)

Really amazing work and thanks again @juliakponsford for bringing me (back I believe) to your work. I love 3d work, though I almost never do it myself. I always say I'm going to make my own doll house 1:12 scale figures for my doll's house, but never do.

Thank you so much @donnadavisart! ❤️
There is sooo much on my "I always want to do ...."...sighs.
I´m afraid, one life is not enough to do everything you want to do.

Oooohh what a lovely 3D painting. Looking at the result, I am really happy that you didn't dispose of the head. The little painting has excellent composition, I love that every part fits nicely into the frame, and the hand that you created is gorgeous.

Love it :D.

Thank you @scrawly! ❤️❤️❤️
I had such a hard time, sculpting hands in the past.
But now, it´s ok and I actually enjoy making hands (what I really never ever thought).

You are awesome: I thought It was a photo, but I understand that is a wonderful technique!!!
Congratulations!
Steem on!
