@Felt.Buzz recently donated 100 NEOXAG, so I decided to make a Neoxian City #SteemComic.
.
I found Judge Dredd - America on ZipComic. I didn't have access to comic books growing up in the countryside as a young boy, but I remember Sylvester Stallone as Judge Dredd very clearly.

I feel that a Judge Dredd-themed #SteemComic is perfect for Neoxian. It's set in an ultra modern world, although be it dystopian, unlike Neoxian.City.
