It means you will not get #sct token if you don't use their web portal to make a post. Why don't you save a tag for us in #esteem who upvote you.

Merely telling you, we have a curation team from #esteem. And #sct no longer work ONLY with tag, one need to use their platform to post I order to receive their tokens. It's entirely up to you. Not compulsory nor requirement. But it's a nice to have since you posted with #esteem.
