Lost In A Glimpse Episode 12(Season Finale)

On getting to the hospital, Stephanie rushed into out of her car and raced towards the morgue. On entering the morgue, she met the nightmare she had always run away from. But now it became even more scary. As she moved closer, she began to shiver and sweat intensely. The cadaver lay motionless on the table; mouth slightly open and for some reason the eyes were half open. As she drew near, she could observe his light skin and ebony black hair - just like hers. Refusing to believe, she drew nearer and then standing next to the corpse, she observed him closely with fear and trembling.
As her eyes met his, tears rolled down her eyes. She was unable to look away from his eyes .They were identical to hers - dark brown with thick lashes and brows which seem to be frowning - just like hers. He also had a birth mark above his brows - just like she does. At this point, Stephanie knew that the worst had happened. Stephanie turned as she left the morgue in a hurry, tears pouring down her eyes as she tried to control herself to no avail. She rushed into Ben's office which was closest to the morgue. She had decided to end it all....death was the only escape. She rushed into Ben's office, took a piece of paper, wrote something quickly and rushed away.
Few minutes later, Ben returned to the office and before long he saw the written note.
"Don't cry for me....tell my mother I'm sorry....my body will be in the ditch....bury me beside Fubara Daniel"
Four minuites later, most of the hospital staff where on there way to the ditch. They drove frantically towards the ditch and on getting there it was seemingly late. Stephanie's car had crashed into the ditch. There was confusion and most of the staff were in tears. In a short while, the emergency team was there and they succeeded in bringing her out of the car. She was motionless but her heart was still beating.
Three days later, Stephanie was conscious again. This was good news. Her mother and almost all her colleagues came to sympathize with her. They greeted and tried to communicate with her but she maintained a strange stare at them.
"Stephanie, talk to me, am your mother", her mother whispered.
Stephanie looked even more confused. She looked at her mother closely and then she uttered the word that broke her mother.
" who are you please "
At this her mother was shocked and was about to panic when the doctor entered the ward.
"What is happening to my daughter", her mother asked the doctor.
" Madam, your daughter has suffered an amnesia, meaning.... "
"I know what it means.... How long will it take?"
"I'm sorry.... it's likely a permanent one"
Her mother began to cry. Ayo left the ward slightly sad and slightly happy that the dark secret would be buried forever.
