My New Scooter Doesn't Work!
Recently, I ordered a new scooter and it arrived yesterday after work. I was excited because I was going to get it set up and charge it so that I can be back on the road tomorrow for work.Yet, my luck is incredible and when I went to go turn on the scooter, it didn't work.
This is the same scooter I had before, a Rovoron Kullter. It is the same model, but I simply bought this model from a different company. When I bought it the first time, there was nothing wrong with the scooter. It came precharged, and it was functioning out of the box. However, this time around, it was packaged identical to the first time I got it, but it simply refuses to turn on. I didn't do anything differently, all I did was set it up, and charge it.
Right now, I'm contacting the seller through Amazon, which isn't making things much easier. Especially since the seller is asking for video footage, which I cannot send through Amazon's seller-to-customer messaging service.
Honestly, it is pretty discouraging, I spent almost $920 on this new scooter. If I am going to have to ship it back and if I have to pay for it, I'm going to be FURIOUS. Hell, if they can't resolve the issue and I have to send it back to a local scooter shop, I'm also going to be mad. There wasn't any visible damage to the scooter, nor was there damage to the box or the styrofoam that it came in.
This is the worst experience I've had purchasing an electric scooter. What's the point of buying something brand new if it doesn't work? Seems like I'll have to hope for the best.
