  4. Do not hurt your knees

  5. Make deep jumps

  6. Increase the heart rate

  7. Eat properly before playing sports

  8. Consume more fish

  9. Imagine

  10. Consume enough vitamins of complex B

  11. Accelerate your bodybuilding movements
