They are clearly saying Sex IN The City.

American accents (fortunately enough) clearly define "IN" and "AND"

Also of interest, all the writing is backwards.

Some people stated this was for 'Copyright' however I don't subscribe to that as the actual 'ABC' TV graphics are backwards , are we suggesting that the YT up-loader cut then turned backwards the ABC graphics then re-intergrated them into the TV image? why not just blank them?
