Real 'Limitless' Drug That Is Actually Healthy!
If you've ever wondered why we only use 10 percent of our brain would you want to know if you could access more of its super-power? If you've ever watched the movie "Limitless" with Bradley Cooper, or the television series; it tells the story of a "super-drug" that allows us to use 100 percent of our brainpower. Imagine, that?! Just think about the things you could accomplish!
If you wish to accelerate your mental capacities and optimize your meditation, you may have heard of a term called brainwave entrainnment. There exists a plethora on the market for such a technology under the following names: binaural beats, isochronic tones, gamma waves, and solfeggio frequencies. The underlying benefits among the variations is to assist a deeper and more optimal way to meditate by bringing the brain into a meditative state quicker. Let's break down the difference between these brainwave frequencies:
Binaural Beats:
What the history books and your teachers didn't tell you is that Ancient cultures have discovered that the brain could be entrained (to draw along with or after oneself). Sound repetitions were performed by chanting or drumming through consistent rhythmic sounds to enhance the brain to have powerful healing affects. Ancient Civilizations such as Tibetan monks, Native American Shamans, and Yogis in this way weren't as archaic as we have been led to believe. It was discovered in 1839 by a Prussian physicist and meteorologist named Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. It wasn't until a scientific report by Doctor Gerald Oster who published a paper titled 'Auditory Beats in the Brain' and discovered how the physiological brain could be modified by simultaneously sending different frequencies to each ear through headphones. Through practice the recipient could achieve spiritual well being and overall happiness.
Isochronic Tones:
Whereas binaural beats uses two different sound frequencies in either ear, isochronic tones uses only one. The underlying difference is that while the former has to be played through headphones, this particular type can be played through speakers. The tone is designed in a way to turn off and on from zero to 100 in mathematical sequence, which is reported to have a stronger affect in comparison with binaural beats.
Gamma Waves:
Gamma Waves are helpful to improve and maintain the brain's memory. They can train the recipient's brain to drastically help improve memory and emotional management. Science supports the evidence of gamma waves to improve emotional regulation, and to improve mood and prevent Alzheimer's.
Solfeggio Frequencies:
Solfeggio frequencies are part of the ancient 6 tone sacred music scale by Gregorian Chants. These spiritual tones were achieved through ritualistic chants that would be sung in harmony to balance the body chakra system. The scale was developed through a Benedictine Monk by the name of Guido d'Arezzo in 991 AD. The letter abbreviations of the scale is represented by the familiar: Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti.

There are free sources and examples on 'YouTube' and better versions on 'Spotify'. The tones work the best when played over headphones at the lowest setting and should be listened to while at rest or lying down. I don't personally have a preference over any in particular, but I have experienced a quieter mind over the past 5 plus years of incorporating them into my life on a daily basis and it has given me enormous benefit from the outset!
