A proposal for a Light/Heat/Electricity device based on Charge Clusters

Multi EM driven/controlled 'glow discharge' / 'plasma focus' in a Boron Nitride tube with Low Voltage biased relativistic High Voltage pulses employing preferentially silver channels and a Schottky diode array feeding super capacitor or other charge storage medium.
If too much charge is bled, then the Heat and Light would not happen.
EM stimulation and control must keep charge build up below the level which would cause other failure modes.
