As a business paradigm, the pharmaceutical industry makes money by selling their products and services. A business becomes prosperous by selling more and more and more - right?

Do you think that if pharmaceutical products and services actually #cure patient ailments, their targeted market gets smaller and smaller?

Will their shareholders want their pharmaceutical companies to sell more or less products and services?
