Coffee is a favorite drink for most people around the world, although some groups say that coffee can cause some diseases such as heart disease, stomach acid, and some other diseases.

But recent research shows the opposite fact, there are even many benefits of drinking coffee on our health, even for people who experience heart disease.

Collaborative studies of the American College of Cardiology review the effects of caffeine on cardiac arrhythmias and heart health. As reported in JACC: Clinical Electrophysiology, they found that up to six cups of standard-strength coffee a day (or 500 milligrams of caffeine) did not increase the severity or rate of ventricular arrhythmias.

In fact, a study of more than 228,000 people showed that people who like coffee have a 6 percent reduction in risk of atrial fibrillation, the most common heart rhythm disorder that causes the heart to beat rapidly and go through the pulse. Further studies conducted on more than 115,000 patients with heart problems showed a reduction in risk by 13 percent. Another study also conducted on 103 people who had recovered from heart attacks showed that drinking an average of three cups (or 350 milligrams) of coffee every day actually increases their heart rate and they have no significant arrhythmias.

"There is a perception of most of the people in my area based on mouth-to-mouth stories that caffeine is a very dangerous trigger for heart rhythm problems Peter Kistler, Ph.D., electrophysiology director at Alfred Hospital and Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute, said in a statement. "Our extensive review of the medical literature suggests that this is not the case."

Tea will also do the job, but the researchers decided that most energy drinks should be avoided if you have a pre-existing heart condition. About three-quarters of patients with pre-existing heart conditions who consume two or more energy drinks daily report palpitations.

In your brain, caffeine is essentially an imitation of adenosine, a neurochemistry that plays in both sleep and heart rhythm. Caffeine is also capable of blocking the activity of adenosine receptors. It is believed that this process can be the key to reducing atrial fibrillation and other problems with heart rhythm, along with the antioxidant effects of tea and coffee.

Recent research in a long line of research has shown the health benefits of coffee. coffee can even make our heart healthier and can also reduce the risk of cancer.
