✺ White-Dwarf

Most stars you're seeing up in sky today will probably cease to exist one day. But don't panic yet,it's not pooof and disappear in the blink of an eye 97% of stars today will end up become so-called White Dwarf. Difference from Neutron Star which is originated from the large star. White Dwarf is used to be a small or medium size star, After it went through the process of stellar evolution only the star's core remained which we call it the White Dwarf.

White Dwarf is small, Comparatively to the size of planet Earth but still it's much bigger than the Neutron Star. Although White Dwarf's size isn't very enormous its mass is tremendously huge. it consists the mass of half of it former self, Which mean it's also really dense but it is nothing compared to Neutron Star if you decided to scrape a teaspoon of White Dwarf it would weight around 15 tons. We could say 15 tons/teaspoon.

Talking about Nuclear Fusion Reaction in core it's has no longer ceased, So White Dwarf no longer has source of energy. However it would be able to shine for billions of years and hot as always, It's temperature is about 40 times hotter than our Sun and it would take trillions of year for the White Dwarf to cool down eventually become a Black Dwarf. Having said that currently we still haven't got to observe any Black Dwarf yet and the oldest White Dwarf is still radiating heat.
