Is mass extinction yet another hoax on the flat earth?

If the flat Earth were infinite or at least much larger than we would imagine, would mass extinctions happen? We are told that all these species are going extinct all the time but are they? Did the ones we are told went extinct ever even exist in the first place? Can anyone first hand, and I mean first hand cite a species that has gone extinct that was alive in the last say 30 years that now is vanished from the face of the earth? Did you ever see one? Can you prove that it is extinct? No. You can't and neither can these so called paleontologists.

I'm not saying extinction is not possible in theory. But wouldn't it make sense that the real extinctions never get reported and the ones we hear about are used as propaganda to make up feel guilty for being born?

If you go to Wikipedia and type in list of extinct species very few that they list went extinct recently. We know they fake dinosaur bones for the museums. How can one verify that yes in fact those are actually extinct or yes they actually ever even lived? You can't. You have to rely on some university science research professor who drinks wine on the weekends who gets paid a fixed salary and is just trying to meet deadlines and not get fired. His word is not gospel. They show you no pictures of these animals when they were alive. You just have to trust that they are telling you the truth. It's just like they faked outer space. All these birds they say went extinct, you never see a real photograph. They are showing drawings or pictures of other similar birds. Or they even show faked pictures.

Here are some examples:

This is the only known photograph of an Alaotra grebe in the wild. This just looks like any other duck or pigeon or whatever that lives in a swamp. The swamp is filled with birds like this all over the world. But we are to believe that this one is some unique species that went extinct. If there is not any better evidence than that then I am calling bullshit on this one.

Andros Island barn owl, Bahamian barn owl, Bahamian great owl, or Chickcharney is an owl that supposedly went extinct in the 1500's. This is the evidence that you get that one ever actually existed. Love those hairy legs.

This next one the Carolina parakeet they do a little better. They give you a picture of a stuffed one. I still say this proves nothing. That could be any bird from anywhere, if that's even a real bird. It could be an artists rendition. Anyone who ever goes outside has seen birds like this all the time.

The Cuban ivory-billed woodpecker went extinct in 1987 supposedly. By 1987 there were very nice cameras yet this is the picture we get of the Cuban ivory-billed woodpecker. For all we know that could actually be a cat in the tree and he just ate the last Cuban ivory-billed woodpecker in the world.
