COVID modRNA Vaxx Increases risk of Thyroid Eye Disease
A retrospective cohort study of hyperthyroidism patients with no history of thyroid eye disease prior to March 2021 and no history of another orbital inflammatory disease and known COVID vaxx status (n = 138,756), found that those who received the COVID vaxx had a 49% higher risk of thyroid eye disease compared to unvaxxed hyperthyroid patients. The risk of thyroid eye disease among patients receiving the spike modRNA transfections was 80% higher compared to patients who received the tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis vaccine and 68% higher compared to those who received annual flu vaccine which eliminates healthcare seeking behavior as a cause of the higher rates of thyroid eye disease among COVID vaxxed patients.
This is only one of several non-COVID-19 diseases that have been found to be elevated among vaxxed populations, particularly those who are immunocompromised.
