OMG...some things never change, my son thankfully is out of school, but I can remember thinking the same things, my thing was how dare you tell me he has to have the Kleenex brand, the Crayola brand ...,bad enough the amount of supplies but you tell me what brand to buy...you wonder why more and more parents choose home schooling ...it's ridiculous ...goodness how did we ever make it in our day with so little LOL
