Blessings for all the brothers that make up the great family @steemchurch. For some months, our leader @sirknight has been carrying out the process of church expansion.
This great platform (Steemit) has helped us build the foundations and be the spearhead to get into the Blockchain Technology, a technology that revolutionized the global financial system. In this sense, Christians of this time must be on a par with the changes, be they social, technological or any other resources that help us establish the kingdom of God on earth.



Steemchurch has been a community with an accelerated growth, in one year it has reached levels of efficiency in the management and distribution of its resources, creating in turn sub communities such as: @sc-v, @sc-g, @sc-n, @farms, doing a work with purpose that intends to leave a legacy in the world, based on the common good and the love of Jesus.

We have endeavored to arrive here and from the beginning we had a divine impartation to bring @steemchurch to the purpose for which God created it: to bring freedom to life through word and love.
Steemit will continue to be the most incredible social network, where we can express ourselves and continue to make the magnificent blogs, which delight us every day. However, the great vision of Steemchurch must move to other scenarios where it can be established with all the necessary requirements.

This is where "TELOS" comes in, a secure network built in EOSIO software, blockchain technology with smart contracts, where you can build a business on a large scale.

THE CURRENTNESS OF OUR CHURCH...


We know that we have all had difficult moments and we have had to adapt to the new circumstances, also that we have resistance to change because of: habits, security, economic factors and fear of the unknown, for this reason we decided to create a situational room and alternative media to give necessary support in order to guarantee the implementation of the expansion to TELOS in its entirety.
Only working as a team can achieve our goal: to carry out the crusade for freedom, remember that you and I are not alone, we have God, we have Sirknight, and we have our solidarity as brothers.

The records are few according to the number of people who are in the church, that is why we must now consolidate in an organized way the Steemchurch-telos community with friends, neighbors, relatives and community in general.

The situation room will be under the direction of @darlenys01, @mariela and @uyobong, for implementation, control and monitoring of the expansion.

CONSOLIDATION


PHASES OF THE TRANSITION


There are three main phases that every transformation process must go through, and all are inexorably fulfilled.

The First is a period of Questioning, Challenging Status, Setting Goals, and Designing. In one way or another, we decided that the current way to do them.

The second stage is a period of Change, of Clarifying, of Reinforcing. This is where we do the real heavy work of Change. We create structures, develop new systems and begin to encourage new attitudes and ways of working.

The third stage is a period of Consolidation, Institutionalization and Evaluation. This is the stage where we make the change permanent. We make sure that our people do not think that it is another "invention of the month", but something that will last in the Organization.

THE CALL TO ACTION


We are at a decisive moment, the blessing we have waited for so long is on the way, we must strive a little more, only with teamwork and through multiplication we can establish ourselves as a church with freedom in every way, today it is necessary that all the leaders of the parishes and the members of this family are willing to go one more mile, @emiliocabrera, @fatherfaith, @adedoyinwealth, @bigssam, @abiye, @marcelo182, @uyobong, @apostle-th, @mariela, @ricci01, @marciabon, @ammyluv.

From this moment we will be active 24 hours in the situation room to set up accounts and purses, recruit people, and accompany them until the end of the process, this is the first stage, in the next few days publications will be made and procedures manual will be housed online so everyone has access to it.

People spend their lives waiting for things to change, for people around them to change and for everything to adjust to their way of being and thinking. But we can assume that role of leaders within a process of change and create a shared vision that mobilizes the church and its human resources in the process of expansion.

This will be the opportunity to make disciples and consolidate them, place everything learned in this process by work.

Nowadays, it is no longer enough to be effective, organizational success depends on how resources are planned and managed towards change and innovation. We must begin to do the work so that the blessings reach the people of God.We will take @steemchurch to the highest levels of prosperity.

A process of change happens very efficiently if everyone is committed to it. Meanwhile, for people to commit themselves, they can not be "run over" by the process, as if they were something far from it, because they are not. In truth, change happens through people. And, to be considered as part of the process of change is necessary to know their values, their beliefs, their behaviors.This is a great strategy @darlenys01.

To achieve change, groups must lose their fear. With the first achievements that each group reaches, the members experience the satisfaction of the obtained results that they proposed, and from that moment the inertia to the change is broken.

It is time to join efforts to see the greatest dream come true, the beatitudes in steemchurch.

A very successful decision @darlenys01, The first thing to be done in a process of organizational change is to know what that change is, otherwise the organization will enter a drift without objectives or expectations.

If you want the stages of the change process to yield the expected results, it is essential to inform the church of the state of the process and that the rest of the members, in turn, express their opinion about the transformation that is being implemented. In this way, timely corrections can be made and the process will enjoy a high dose of participation and consensus.

Whether due to internal decisions or responses to the context, there are many situations in which an enterprise needs to change its course. Keys to take control of a process of transformation in the organization, the church must go to another level and noostros with it.

The best attitude to avoid resistance is communication. Explain to the people who are part of the organization what is happening clearly and concisely. Avoid rumors, which only create a negative atmosphere.
