The Father has given each of us the ability to master our desires, each of his children possesses our own domain, since we know that it is good and that it is bad. Our God, gave us the ability to resist temptation and overcome evil with good, many people in the world do not know what it is to control oneself so as not to make mistakes and not to harm others and likewise.

God knows our past, present and future, He already knows what we did, what we do and what we are going to do, but he wants us to be able to avoid doing evil, that is why he gave us self-control, something that we did not do before we had and that's why we lived in disaster in the world, but today we can say NO! To the bad.

Of course, we must ask the Lord every day to strengthen us and help us maintain and strengthen that self-control. The good thing about all this is the change we receive by accepting the Lord and the Holy Spirit in our lives, since with them we can resist trial and temptation. A young man or elder, who grew up in the way of the Lord, has the ability to endure anything, if he is taught correctly in the right way, but a person who barely accepted the Lord and is just learning to walk in the right way, therefore it costs more, but it is not impossible, since for that we have the support of God.

Let's not be afraid to ask the Lord to strengthen us, he will do it for love and mercy, remember that the Lord has already cleansed us of our past and wants to help us improve our present, to have a better future. So do not fear, you have the self-control to resist and not make the mistakes of the past again, let us move forward and trust in God, because He will do what He has to do and in the end, we will overcome.
