Healthy Relationship Reveals Deep things..

There was a time dad wanted taking in a second wife and we were on the dark over this, mum inclusive..

In a way, i got closer to dad and his supposed new wif, of which i thought she was just a friend of the family, but One thing i knew about my dad was that he never joked with us his kids..

One day, he ignorantly called me after returning from work, so tired and said to me, "boy, i want to marry aunty Joy to add to your mum"..

Immediately, i broke into tears and became sick, he tried being strong and overlook my situation. The looks on his face was like "why did i tell him? " how? " "what came over me to tell this boy this"

My thoughts was, "how will mum feel about this when she discovers? " and my paternal family had known about this and maybe was a secret..

One day,He couldn't help but called me when we were on vacation in the Village that he has called off the wedding and promised never to hurt me that way..

This situation happens in our daily lives, God reveals things to us, some of which might not be significant to or wasn't meant for us..

Jesus replied, “You are blessed, Simon son of John, because my Father in heaven has revealed this to you. You did not learn this from any human being.
Matthew 16:17 NLT

Jesus knew the father revealed to peter on a father and son relationship (deep). Hence, the degree of relationship gave way for such revelations..

We only get such revelations via such relationships ..
Hence, get closer, create a "father and child" relationship with God and he'll show you marvelous things..
