Why is SBD pumping at USD$8+ on UpBit

In fact why is SBD at any point on any exchange EVER over USD$1?

The whole point of SBD is that is is worth exactly US$1 worth of STEEM ... so why would anyone ever want to pay more for it? I just don't get it... can someone please explain it to me?
