SAP will also participate in the Netcomm Forum, an event dedicated to digital trade that kicks off on May 29th, bringing its solutions to the customer experience covering all the outstanding phases of the sales process.

SAP at the Netcomm Forum for a better customer experience SAP solutions go to help businesses in sales planning from marketing to sales themselves, from sales force to customer data management and analysis. The company is taking part in the Netcomm Forum to illustrate how its solutions can help companies improve their customer experience and provide a high-level example: the Milanese KIKO.

The focus will be on what is called the gap in customer experience: the difference between customer perceived service quality and the quality that the company believes it offers. This difference is often significant and this can result in companies investing their resources incorrectly and not taking advantage of significant business opportunities. Therefore, it is essential to use the right tools to analyze the situation to keep companies competitive.

SAP will be present in two dedicated laboratories:' Combining X-Data and O-Data to unlock value in the Customer Experience Economy,' which will show how experience data (X-Data: eXperience Data) and operational data (O-Data: Operational Data) can be combined to improve business performance, and' Comment to redefine in-store experience between innovation and omnichannel,' in which SAP will illustrate business performance.

"We are experiencing what is now called the Experience Economy, where it is necessary to know how to optimally manage the customer experience on all channels, both physical and online, relying on a specific customer platform unique to the various areas that make up the customer journey," notes Emanuele Ratti, Head of Customer Experience at SAP Italy, Greece, Malta and Cyprus. "The provision of unique and relevant customer experience becomes the real element of distinguishing between a successful business and a business destined to disappear."
