10 eggs of duck or chicken (wash)
5 cloves of garlic (geprek)
10 red chili pepper (roughened or roughly sliced according to taste)
Boiled water at room temperature (sufficiently enough for 10 perfectly submerged eggs)
Fine or crude salt 250gram
Way
Dissolve salt in boiled water add Garlic and chilli (who want to be tired can continue for this material). Enter the egg in topless Close perfectly. Save for 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks, wash again the eggs that have been soaked. Boil approximately 30 minutes. Lift, chill and serve.
