Always Home

Ever wonder about those campers, 5th wheels, and motorhomes traveling down the highway? Wonder how they got started and how they can do all that traveling? truckandcamper.jpg
Really, it's not that hard. We currently live full time in ours.

We started out with a 31 foot camper. A basic camper with no slides. Whats a slide, you say? It's a section of wall that, well, slides out. In the picture above you see 2 slides, one in front and one in the back. Those are the slides. Rv's can have from 1 to as many as 6 slides and be from six foot long to 53 foot long. Normal lengths are around the 27 to 35 foot lengths. Now when I say normal, I mean it in a general way. What may be normal for you, may not be for me and visa-versa.

Currently, we are doing some remodeling. It is taking some time since money is a factor in getting the work done. We have done some work and are happy with what has been done. Stay tuned to see our progress and ride along with us as we spend the next 3 years preparing for retirement and making our RV our home.
