US-Russia Affairs with Africa

in #russia7 years ago (edited)

Putin confidently won a fourth term in Russian's presidential election in a landslide victory. The US and Europe do not show any sign of excitement from any quarter. In all analysis it seems that Africa remains a dark continent but who really cares.
So it's a sad state of affairs for many in Africa, but the reality and common feeling within the politicians in Africa is that the elite in the US thinks that they have a right to dominate the world out rightly, and that if another country takes an independent path, that country needs to be overturned. Just like the former president of Nigeria took some independent decisions without any support from USA, he was removed by all and any means. It was too bad that John Kerry went very low with Hilary Clinton and supported a former dictator to be Nigerian President. That is how bad it is in Africa. Since then governance has gone from bad to worse in Nigeria. USA, Europe and even Russia has not really shown concern to poor governance in Nigeria since then. Although much credit should be given to Russian for their role in destabilizing ISIS but nobody cares about what is really happening in Libya and Nigeria. The super powers in the world do not waste any time in taking business decisions when it comes to buying natural resources from Africa but are very less concern when it comes to people’s lives in Africa. Africa is even in more dangerous times especially now that the Chinese are busy taking over government projects in Africa and even selling arms sometimes. The mainstream media seems to be interested whenever there is outbreak of war and disease in Africa.

Who is aware that Obama, John Kerry and Clinton negotiated a deal to support a former dictator to win a Nigeria Election. Who is aware that Buhari and northern Nigerian muslim Governors supported the Clinton campaign with oil money from Nigeria. Who is aware that Hilary Clinton supported Boko Haram at the early stage and fought International community that Boko Haram should not a terrorist group?
