RUN RUN AND RUN!

WELL TODAY I WANT TO TALK ABOUT HOW GOOD IT FEELS TO RUN MY FRIENDS

IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE IT YOU ARE MISSING OUT BIG TIME!

I LOVE RUNNING BECAUSE IS A WAY OF EXERCISING

MY BODY AND MIND AT THE SAME TIME

WHEN I RUN MY MIND FEELS SUPER GOOD AND MY WORIES GO AWAY

I CAN THINK ABOUT EVERYTHING WAY MORE CLEAR AND WHEN I AM DONE RUNNING

I FEEL LIKE I HAVE SOLVED A PROBLEM

I THINK AND THINK WHEN I AM RUNNING

BUT IT IS NOT THE SAME AS SITTING IN A CHAIR THINKING

RUNNING STIMULATES ME AND MAKES ME FEEL

FULL OF ENERGY TO TACKLE ANY PROBLEM

THAT'S HOW I FEEL, IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THE SAME FOR YOU

BUT I REALLY RECOMMEND IT.

TRY IT ONE TIME AND THEN A SECOND TIME AND DON'T GIVE UP

KEEP TRYING AND YOU WILL SEE THE BENEFITS SOONER OR LATER

How about that record-setting attempt for Nike Marathon? That was crazy fast. I predict someone will break 2 hours.

Well I try and admit to being pathetically slow. I have lots of family though that are crazy fast runners. My nephew ran for UM and qualified for the NCAA finals a couple of years ago 10,000 meters. His brother who never ran in school is now an ultra marathoner. As an exercise physiologist I am all for it, just slower than molasses, but keep it in my weekly exercise routine.

THATS WHAT MATTERS KEEP DOING IT AND KEEP IMPROVING, I LIKE TO GO FAST AND THEN SLOW AND THEN I WALK. ALSO I LIKE RUNNING AT A PACE FOR 30 MINUTES AT LEAST, IT IS FUN AND IT IS DEFINITELY ONE OF MY EXERCISES IN THE WEEK.
