7 days, different ways.

DEC 1st - Tuesday 28 november the moderator Deeper announced a new rule to the community. A rule which would only harm the new members. Cause members registered sooner than 7 days ago cannot post replies on the DeepDomination Forum anymore.

The hardway

The announcement was short, only one sentence. But most of the (old school) community were thrilled by this little game changer. The new rule is giving cheaters a big delay from making many DeepPoints in a short amount of time. A moderator also said to Deeper: "Every day we learn from the cheaters and you are fast to implement the needed changes to stop the cheaters!". This is true. Deeper is very fast in making good decisions for the welfare or the community. This announcement proves that Deeper doesn't like this abusive way of participating at all.

Disbelief

However this new rule was announced brightly, some of the new members can't believe it. These are mostly newcomers who came in a few days before the announcement. It's understandable that it's confusing for those new coming members. First you can do everything and after a few days you'll get limited in what you do on the forum. Some members thought they were banned and other members didn't know what was happening at all. Most of the new members embraced the new rules. One member said: "So that's the reason why I can't participate in the Domination Task. I just have to wait then." It's a little bit annoying for those new members but they agree with the decision. Some of the new members started threads. Threads with the question what happened to their account. First they could participate with the DDT's and all of a sudden they couldn't do that anymore. They thought they were banned, blacklisted or limited because of something they did do wrong. Which wasn't the problem.

Stronger community

Most of the new members aren't cheaters at all. But because of the experience of the cheaters, every new coming member is considered a cheater. This is a big problem for new coming participators to take place into this bright community. It would be hard to prove your innocence as a new coming member. That's why this rule is a great way to take away these doubts. Now every new coming member has 7 days show their sincere participation to the community before gaining the DDT rewards. This will result in a better and stronger community and fewer complications than before.

Follow the moderators

In order to prevent upcoming happenings to be "all of a sudden". I would like to suggest you to follow the moderators. Especially deeper. By following them you'll get alerts when they post new threads. Which could be a new announcement! You can follow them by clicking their profile picture and click "Follow".
