LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

It's yet another beautiful weekend and somewhere in the world some lovely and beautiful couples are getting ready to tie the knot.
Yes i mean get married
But before one gets married what do they place as the criteria the partner has to meet before they can accept to be legally tied to them.
Is it money? Is it love? Is it physical appearance? Is it character? and many more
Well as our faces are different so is our criteria for getting married. People get married for all the wrong reasons.
In this post i'll talk about LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT
Love at first sight...is it real or infatuation??
Love is a strong feeling or affection for someone and it's usually backed up by actions while infatuation is a strong attraction for someone and it doesn't last long.
On seeing someone for the first time, whatever develops attraction for the other partner is strictly physical. As the saying goes men are attracted to what they see while women fall for what they hear.
To love someone truely it takes time, understanding, it takes more than the body build or physical appearance. There might be an attraction at first sight but on getting to know the person the attraction diminishes which boils down to infatuation.
I think infatuation can also be termed lust..lust is simply getting attracted to the physical appearance. Mainly all about the sexual urge, to satisfy the libido. After which it's satisfied the attraction diminishes and vanishes with time.
Personally, i don't believe in love at first sight because i believe it takes more than a moment to love someone. That's why we date, during dating you get to discover likeable and unlikeable traits about each other. Figure out if you're compatible or not.
Love is not all about having sex. My perfect definition of orgasm is reaching climax without even touching each other. Connecting mentally, emotionally, spiritually and then physically. Also making sacrifices or going out of your way to do things for the other party.
Don't know about you but that's it for me.
Falling for someone at the first sight might be cool but it usually doesn't last long except in rare cases where you connect perfectly.
So look into my eyes and tell me what you see?
