But it does have a megaphone!

These have popped up on some of the pedestrian streets around town.

They sport bullet-proof glass, LED lights, two 360 degree camera attachments, central air conditioning and a hydraulic lift mechanism.

What more could you ask for?

Imagine the wild ride if a bus clips the outriggers.

"Gee, ossifer, I didn't see you standing there."
