Porridge
Last month 4 friends of mine and I went to an island in the Philippines, Atulayan. In their main town there were roughly 300 malnourished children. Each family only had 1 kg of rice to eat everyday.
We decided to cook them chicken rice porridge sice we only had 4000 pesos (20$). We started cooking around 5pm and finished at around 8pm in the evening. In the end we fed all the families of the locals in the area. Indeed, God is good!
