[Black Box] Eye Road T10 Season 2 Testimonial (parking shock sensitivity issue)
[Black Box] Eye Road T10 Season 2 Testimonial (parking shock sensitivity issue)
I have purchased iRoad T10 Season 2.
Previously used are the I-Navi QXD950 and Airtron Air7.
For reference, 100% I purchased and installed.
Both the QXD950 and the Airtron Air7 were flawless.
Both products had excellent front and rear camera quality, and the product quality itself was very good.
However, Airtron announced that it would stop the IOT service from its products two years ago, and it was a cause for concern.
In fact, I was going to buy an Airtron M7 and it was very sad.
The product I worried about before buying T10 Season 2 was QXD3000.
However, it was almost 400,000 won when we purchased to connected pro.
By coincidence, I checked the i-Road T10 Season 2 and purchased it in a hurry.
The decision was made for the following reasons:
1.IOT full option (from Connected Pro to Installation Coupon), but can be purchased at the end of 200,000 won
Wi-Fi connection as well as IOT
Free of charge for 2 years even though Connected Pro (video transmission)
Was.
Searching here and there were no big drawbacks with the T10. It was a vague expectation that it would not get better in season 2.
I have been using it for about 5 days.
Advantages
- Front camera picture quality is good.
Night quality is fine.
- After the parking automatically takes the front / rear picture and send it to the app.
Seems very helpful when looking for a car.
- The power consumption seems to be very low.
The disadvantage is the most important. The downside is that it's comparable to what you've used.
- Parking shock detection is very insensitive. It seems to be detected only when the parking lot is shocked.
==> Connected shock detection may be useless
As a result, even if a car breaks down and runs away, it will not be possible to use the Connected Pro alarm.
It was no longer suitable for the purpose of detecting the cock and the car that was originally intended to be purchased.
Even if you hit the block with your hand, you will not be able to detect the parking shock. Open the door and close it as if it's going to be scattered.
Sometimes I almost misunderstood that it was detected by a shock with a hand, but when I saw the recorded file, it was shaken and recorded with motion detection.
I don't know how hard it will be to record a car.
In the recorded video, even a slight shock from the 3-axis sensor changes the voltage.
Many say that the T10 is also very insensitive to parking shock detection. If you had seen it before you made your decision, you might have been more worried about your final purchase.
This seems to be an urgent need for sensitivity adjustment from the manufacturer.
- The LCD is thin when you watch the video from the driver's seat, not the IPS.
T10 seems to be IPS, but Season 2 is not IPS. If you look closely, the wording IPS is missing.
Previously, Bleak used to check the recording status while watching the real-time screen, but now it is possible to check the proper quality only when looking directly behind Bleak.
- The back camera nighttime picture quality is poor.
Very well during the day. However, when compared to the existing product, it comes out much darker.
Is it impossible to check the license plate number? I think.
I don't know if it's a downside, but most of our competitors record an event of a few seconds before and after the shock.
However, the irod is recorded from the point of impact. Of course, the video before impact is always recorded.
When I read the article posted on the Internet, iRoad puts the screen in a separate Ram and stores it in memory instead of recording it. This method does not require supercapacitors because the recording is already done even if the power is cut off.
Pros and cons are all there, but for me it's a lot worse.
The stability of the app for smartphones is still insufficient. Connected apps should be completely shut down after being used for normal use. But look forward to updating constantly.
WIFI requires you to turn off your smartphone's data to connect normally. Once connected, features such as live video work well.
However, I'm worried about katok because of the part that should turn off data service.
Overall very satisfied.
The main disadvantage is that the sensitivity of the parking shock is too insensitive.
I understand whether a shock is misdetected or the sensitivity is high.
Since the video comes after the shock, the incorrectly detected shock will not be a big problem.
However, if the attached Pro option is installed and the connected alarm does not come even though the car bumper is damaged, the consumer will be greatly dissatisfied.
We look forward to the manufacturer's update as soon as possible.
If it is impossible to update by hardware, I will recognize the new product even if I lose money.
