Magic towel as a present!

Yesterday I got a magic towel as a present! I was not sure what it is :) It was a shock for me at the beginning because I have never heard about it before. Today I just opened it and I am sharing my experience with you.
It looks like this picture. It is a small box!
Here it is written that I have to put it in water for 15 minutes and Bang!

But how do you use it? What is the purpose of a wet towel? Sunburn remedy?
:)) no, you don't use it wet! after it soaked water (10 -15 minutes) you take it out of the water and leave it to get dry. This is completely useless invention (in my opinion) :)))
