If we work in a team where we fear conflict, we will never deal with the difficult issues that the team really want to discuss or feel that are important. We have a tendency to walk on eggshells. We dance around the edges rather than deal with conflict head-on.

TTP is just an acronym for the phrase "Talk to People". Yes! that's what the TTP Code represent. However, before you give it a bash as one of those very simple things, let's get deeper to discuss the tenets of this code for your business funding.

Come on people, SpaceX got into space and connected with the international space station. There are videos everywhere showing the awesome events, and it has brought great excitement to many people. But, then you have this other group of people, and I know some of them, who say that it is all a giant scam.
